BRAIDED CHANNELS is a triptych of publications to which I contributed in the fall of 2026. Each branch explores a chapter of artistic investigation occuring between 2020 and 2026.

In FOOTFALLS for  the publication Memories of Water in the Sonoran Desert, I recount my research and subsequent museum installation regarding the Santa Cruz River.

In MAPS ON THE INSIDE and APOCALYPTIC ROADS IN TWO VALLEYS, I share essays exploring a research trip in the summer of 2025 for the publications, Seeds of the Monsoon Clouds and Future Folk, respectively. On this trip, I visited data centers, hydrological infrastructures, museums, and monuments to water and technology in the Western US. These sites included Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the St. Francis Dam disaster site, the Elwha River and the former Glines Dam sites in Olympic National Park, Hetch Hetchi, The Bay Model, Iron Mountain and Prineville data centers and their surrounding public easements, The Computer History Museum, The Intel Museum, the Exploratorium, the flagship Apple store and virtural campus model, the Google Campus, and Meta Park.

The works evolving from this research include GRAVES FOR THE RAIN, SEERS, THE FOUNT and the following writings, sketches, animations and sounds below.
